Order Processing
Your web order begins processing as soon as it’s submitted. Due to credit card security measures in place to protect Credit Card information, in most cases we cannot change an order or recharge a payment, so please be extra careful in reviewing your order.
Shipping and Handling
We comparison-shop to give you the best rates and service on shipping. Depending on your locations, most of the time it is cheaper, faster and safer to ship by courier than the postal service.
Most bookstore orders ship within two business days. Large consighment, conference or bulk orders may take slightly longer. During peak periods (especially in November/December) we can experience an additional one or two day delay.
If you need special shipping arrangements that are not provided on the website, please call your order in to 1-800-663-6279(MARY) during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 pm EST. Do not place your order online and then call to adjust the shipping method. Occasionally we run out of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item.
Return Policy
Since we are not in the used product business, items cannot be returned for credit or refund except damanaged, defective or mis-shipped items. Call us at 1-800-663-6279(MARY) during normal hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 pm EST within 30 days of receipt of your order to report a problem.
